3. Orders & Acceptance

All orders placed through Xiddelooks Clothing are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Ghana Cedis (GHS) and may be updated without prior notice. Full payment must be made before an order is processed. 

5. Delivery (Within Ghana)

Delivery timelines depend on your location within Ghana. Estimated delivery ranges from 2–7 business days. Delays caused by courier services, public holidays, weather conditions, or logistics issues are beyond our control.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders may only be cancelled within 12–24 hours after placement, provided they have not been processed or shipped. Once shipped, cancellation requests will no longer be accepted.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 3–7 days of delivery for eligible items. Products must be unused, unworn, and returned in original packaging. Items damaged due to customer use are not eligible for return or refund.

8. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe after returned items have been inspected and confirmed.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, including logos, product images, text, and branding, belongs to Xiddelooks Clothing and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

Xiddelooks Clothing is not liable for any indirect loss, damage, or delay arising from the use of our website, products, or third-party delivery services.

We collect and process customer data in line with Ghana’s Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843). Personal information is used strictly for order processing, delivery, and customer communication.
