You may request a cancellation of your order within 12–24 hours after placement, provided the order has not been processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team immediately with your order details. Approved cancellations will be processed, and refunds (if applicable) will be issued through the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 3–7 days of delivery for eligible items. Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Items that have been damaged due to misuse, worn, or altered will not be eligible for return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect. Once returned items are received and inspected, approved refunds or exchanges will be processed promptly.
